Keine Besserung. Alle sind irgendwie so gut drauf. Ich wollte mich mal so richtig ausheulen. Aber auch dort finde ich nur gut gelaunte Menschen. Das sollte verboten werden. Was mach ich jetzt? Leer. Ich hab mich noch nie so scheiße gefühlt. Ich habe gemerkt das ich ab und an vergesse zu atmen. Meine Atemzüge setzen einfach aus. Und ich muss mich zwingen weiter zu atmen. Ich bin müde. Im Moment ist mir alles egal. Sogar wenn jemand in meiner Umgebung eine tolle Neuigkeit für mich hat. Ich hab auch eine. Ich hatte heute eine Panikattacke. Nun würde ich gerne wissen wieso.

Wieso kann ich nicht schlafen?

Wieso kann ich nicht anständig atmen?

Wieso kann ich nicht ohne scheiß Medikamente ins Bett gehen, die ich nicht brauche und von denen auch nichts besser wird?

Wäre schön wenn jemand eine Antwort darauf hätte. Danke im Vorraus.
